Sixth Annual Gathering

October 9 - 11, 2009 (6pm Friday - 6pm Sunday)

Join us for our sixth Annual Gathering at the beautiful Seabeck retreat center in the lovely month of October 2009. Spaces for the Annual Gathering are limited, so we do recommend early registration.

Cost: 

• $200 includes six meals and lodging for two nights in a double room; or
• $250 includes six meals and lodging for two nights in a single room; or
• $75 per day for day use only (lunch and dinner, with no overnight accommodations)

Deposit / Payment information

The payment balance is due by Friday, September 25.

Cancellations:

Your $50 registration deposit is non-refundable. Any payment you make beyond the $50 deposit can be refunded up until Friday, September 25.

Due to our limited number of rooms, after September 25, we will only be able to provide a refund if we find someone to take your place.
